Course Content

Introducing basic information about Labor Law (Labour law, Occupational health and safety law), Individual Labor Law (individual employment contract and its types, wages, working hours, contract termination and conditions), Collective Labor Law (unions, collective labor agreements). ; Introducing General Information About Social Security Law (Turkish social security system) and introducing basic information about Social Insurance Branches (work accident, occupational disease, illness and maternity, conditions for benefiting from general health insurance) constitute the general content of this course.
